UNIPI students have multiple opportunities to obtain scholarships for international mobility aimed at study or internship experiences. The full list is available on the University website, in the International section, under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/en\/education\/study-and-internships-abroad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opportunities abroad<\/a>.<\/p><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erasmus+<\/a> Programme allows students enrolled in any degree course to carry out a mobility period for study or traineeship, including activities aimed at completing their thesis abroad. When filling out the application, it is possible to consult the list of partners published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmusmobility.unipi.it\/erasmus\/welcome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erasmus Mobility<\/a> website.<\/p><ul><li>University calls for applications for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/didattica\/studi-e-tirocini-allestero\/studiare-allestero\/tesi-di-laurea-allestero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thesis Abroad<\/a><\/li><li>University <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/didattica\/studi-e-tirocini-allestero\/studiare-allestero\/bando-per-lassegnazione-di-borse-di-studio-di-mobilita-presso-atenei-convenzionati-per-il-rilascio-di-titoli-doppi-o-congiunti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">calls for the allocation of grants\/scholarships for mobility aimed at earning ECTS credits abroad<\/a><\/li><li>Other calls that are published periodically on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipi.it\/en\/education\/study-and-internships-abroad\/studying-abroad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Studying Abroad<\/a> page<\/li><\/ul><p>For students of the <strong>Master\u2019s Degree in Computer Engineering<\/strong>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/computer.ing.unipi.it\/double-degree-in-master-of-science-program-in-electrical-and-computer-engineering-at-university-of-illinois-at-chicago\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Double Degree program is available in the Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago.<\/a><\/p><p>To ensure full recognition of activities carried out abroad by its students, the University of Pisa requires a <strong>Learning Agreement<\/strong> (LA), which is the official document for recording both the planned training activities and those actually completed abroad by the student. It is signed by both UNIPI and the host institution, and it is submitted to the approval of the relevant Degree Program Council (CCdS) for the academic recognition of the results achieved.<\/p><p>The management of activities related to international mobility at the School of Engineering is traditionally carried out by the three Engineering Departments in a coordinated manner through the <strong>International Engineering Office<\/strong>, which provides guidance and assistance to students and faculty involved in international activities.<\/p><p>The<strong> International Engineering Office<\/strong> is located at the School of Engineering (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ing.unipi.it\/it\/la-scuola\/mappa-dell-area\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Building B46 \u2013 Polo A, first floor<\/a>), Largo Lucio Lazzarino 1, 56122 Pisa. The International Office meets students only by appointment, which must be arranged via email. For the DII department, please contact: <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"346\">sara.andrenucci@unipi.it<\/a><\/p><p>The <strong>CAI <\/strong>(<strong>Area Coordinators for Internationalization<\/strong>), delegated by their respective Departments, jointly define specific provisions and details related to the various management aspects, with the administrative support of the <strong>CAI assistants.<\/strong><\/p><p>The <strong>Area Coordinator for Internationalization (CAI)<\/strong> is the reference figure for matters concerning the internationalization policies and activities of the teaching and departmental structures (SA resolution 199\/2015).
