Admission to the Master's Degree Course<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Admission to the Master’s Degree (MSc) course requires a bachelor’s degree (or BSc) or a higher qualification certifying adequate scientific and technical preparation.<\/p>

If the qualification held is Italian, admission is granted after verification of curricular requirements, based on the exams present in the university career.<\/p>

Conversely, candidates with a foreign degree must undergo a selective admission process. Applications are reviewed by an Evaluation Committee (CV), appointed by the Degree Program Council. <\/p>

Preparation required<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or BSc of at least three years’ duration), with courses that possibly cover computer hardware\/software aspects.<\/p>

Purely technical or professional qualifications, such as degrees in Computer Applications or equivalent, are not accepted.<\/p>

A solid background in mathematics is required, as well as knowledge of subjects such as algorithms and programming, computer architecture, operating systems, computer networks and databases.<\/p>

Skills in related disciplines, such as Economics and Management, must also be present.<\/p>

It is necessary to have knowledge of English at least at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.<\/p>

These general requirements are verified through different procedures depending on whether the qualification was obtained in Italy or abroad, as explained below.
